Account Termination and Space Management

Computer accounts are for the use of UH faculty, staff and students enrolled in classes at UH. Access to a person's computer accounts will be disabled when that person leaves the university. It is the responsibility of the customers to copy their important data before leaving UH.

Computer accounts have limits on the amount of available disk space. It is the responsibility of the account owner to stay within that amount of disk space. Extenuating circumstances may require that disk space be increased. Needs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
