    DisruptedNetwork services have been disrupted due to some network devices that failed to recover following scheduled power work.

    Technicians have been dispatched to investigate the disrupted portions of campus. Currently impacted areas include: SSC, C, EC, BH and LH. IPTV.

    The Distribution switch at Student Service Center is not recovering, and will need to be replaced. Technicians continue to work to restore services at this time.

    The following buildings have recovered: Bates Hall, Law Hall, Farish Hall, Roy Cullen. Work is continuing in E Cullen to restore services, after several failed to recover, and require replacement. The ETR for these devices in 1 hour. Work continues towards recovery of Student Service center. The distribution switch at that location is in the process fo being replaced. the ETR is minimum 30 minutes.

    Management of the Distribution switch stack has recovered, restoring services to most of the Student Service Center. Two 48 port switches are still being recovered, impacting customers on the first floor. Recovery of services in E Cullen are underway. No updated ETR information is available at this time.

    Network service repairs for SSC has completed, and service has been restored. Some network connectivity in E Cullen on the first floor has been restored, however work continues to restore full connectivity to the building. Multipe switches require replacement to restore services. No ETR available.

    Work at E Cullen has completed, and services at that location has been restored, completing the recovery of services impacted due to the power outage this morning.
