UIT Alert: Remedy Password Resets

Description of Issue:
At 7:00am we had reports that passwords was not processing. Investigating this issue showed that the accounts directory was missing on the Production Remedy server. This most likely occurred when Enterprise systems migrated the production disks to a larger space.
Affected Services:
Nightly feed processing for:
- Blackboard incoming feed, no impact
- Cougarnet syslist
- ECC Unix syslist
Ongoing processing:
- Password resets
- Cougarnet adds and updates
- Web account resets and adds
- ECC Unix adds
Time for Resolution:
Password resets will be available by 8:40am.
Nightly processes will be rerun after the AAD team has verified that the directories needed for processing have been restored, no time estimate.
