The HR Business Partners are HR professionals who provides direction and guidance to all levels of the University of Houston by analyzing, recommending, developing, and administering Human Resources programs, plans, policies and procedures in a consistent manner; advising and partnering with both management and staff regarding resolution of various issues/concerns; and coordinating all activities related to fair employment practices, laws and regulations.
