  2. Know About Event-Related Policies & Procedures
    1. Serving Alcohol
      1. Registration of Alcoholic Beverage Distribution Form must be completed and filed in the Dean of Students Office at least 15 business days in advance of the event.  Form can be obtained in Dean of Students’ Office

    2. University-Sponsored Events
      1. University Sponsored Events are:
        1. Any event on campus sponsored by a registered university organization;
          1. Events off-campus funded by university monies or sponsored by registered university organizations funded by university monies.
      2. Responsibility—Individual students as well as registered student organizations are subject to disciplinary action if found in violation of student life policies at a university sponsored event.
      3. Reservations for Events—University properties utilized for all events other than credit instruction must be reserved with the proper Reservations Office.
