Honors College Study Abroad

The Honors College offers study abroad trips to add an experiential dimension to the Honors curriculum and provide a peak experience in a student's success that will last a lifetime. Previous trips have included Italy, Greece, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland and Israel.

Italy: Rome, Siena, and Florence

May 15-25, 2018

Led by Dr. Dustin Gish and Prof. Andy Little

This trip is a cultural study tour to Italy, including the on-site study of archaeological, historical, and cultural sites as well as museums and galleries in Rome, Florence, and Siena. Students will learn about the history, archaeology, art, and architecture of Italian civilization – from antiquity through modernity – visiting and discussing some of the most treasured locations and artworks associated with the intellectual tradition and heritage of the Mediterranean.
