Dianna Vaughan, Senior Vice President, Global Quality Assurance, Americas Brand Management & Owner Engagement, has been an integral part of Hilton for over 25 years. Her extensive experience encompasses various roles within hotel operations and global brand management.

In her current capacity, Dianna oversees Hilton’s expansive portfolio of nearly 6,000 hotels across 31 countries in North, Central, and South America, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maximizing returns on investment for owners. Her responsibilities include spearheading Hilton’s franchise operations and owner support strategies, covering all aspects of hotel management across the company’s largest region.

Leading diverse teams spanning 22 brands, Dianna responsibilities include Quality Assurance for the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa while managing Global Brand Standards. Additionally, she directs Fixed Renovation Cycle Management, Product Improvement Plans, Hotel Openings & Transitions, Brand Performance Support, Owner Experiences/Engagement, and Owner Data and Systems for the Americas.

Previously, Dianna served as the Global Head and Senior Vice President of the All-Suites Category, overseeing the performance of Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Home2 Suites by Hilton. In addition, she has held leadership roles for several brands, such as DoubleTree by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Her diverse background also includes positions as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, Vice President of Hilton Honors Loyalty Program Promotions and Partnerships, and Vice President of Global Enterprise Marketing.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dianna is deeply committed to community service. She actively supports various charities and civic organizations and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Additionally, she serves as an Executive Sponsor of Hilton’s Memphis Community Outreach Program.

Dianna resides in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Mark.
