Back on Murder

Creative Writing alumnus, J. Mark Bertrand (MFA) has released his third novel. Back on Murder is the first in a series of crime stories about Houston homicide detective Roland March.

Forty-something March is in the doghouse with his superiors when he discovered an unexpected break that gives him one last chance to save his career. Read excerpts on the Back on Murder website.

The second book in the Roland March series, Pattern of Wounds, is scheduled for release in the summer of 2011.
