The Department of Health and Human Performance, Physical Education Basic Instruction Program offers health and fitness classes like Indoor Cycling, Online Conditioning, Rhythmic Aerobics, Weight Training, Martial Arts classes like Tai Chi, Combative Sport and Karate and Sports classes like Golf, Racquetball, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball etc.

These classes are a fun way to learn a new sport or improve your skills in your favorite sport, improve you health and fitness and earn university credit for it at the same time. The courses are led by enthusiastic instructors who make these classes a great experience and lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle.
