Dr. Dale Pease has been awarded the Honor Award by the Texas Association for Health, Physical Education Recreation, and Dance (TAHPERD).

This award is the second highest honor TAHPERD bestows on an individual. Dr. Dale Pease has earned this distinguished recognition for demonstrating leadership, achieving excellence, and being an exceptional representative of the education profession.

TAHPERD is a not-for-profit professional association of individuals in the allied fields of health education, physical education, recreation, and dance.This Texas-based association is composed of over 4,500 professional and students members serving education from kindergarten through college. TAHPERD was founded in 1923 and is the only association in Texas serving education in all four of our disciplines—health, physical education, recreation, and dance.
