Location: 3rd Ward Multi-Service Center in Houston

A Community Health Fair for the homeless and underserved was held on November 12, 2011, providing medical screenings, health education and referral services to Third Ward residents with the objective of encouraging healthy lifestyles, identifying health issues and promoting follow up in a patient-centered medical home.
