This 1.5 hour workshop will cover the personal and harmful effects of bathroom policing on the transgender and gender non-conforming community.

Weekly mindfulness meditation sessions sponsored by the UH Wellness Center are open to everyone! This offering is part of UH Wellness's mission to educate around all dimensions of wellness, and provide a space for ?emotional and mental development. No experience necessary.
