Cougar First Impressions (CFI) offers students a chance to receive campus maps, directions to class, and bottled water from UH staff members and others stationed across campus during the first two days of the Fall semester.

Come by the "Here, We Go" Live Site at Cougar First Impressions for an opportunity to learn more about the University's $1 Billion Campaign, interact at our photo station, and discover how "Here, We Go" affects students!

The University of Houston Libraries will welcome students back to campus during its Just Ask! Libraries Open House. Students are encouraged to drop by the MD Anderson Library to learn more about library services and programs. Library staff will be on hand to answer common questions about MD Anderson Library and the campus branches.

Free! No strings attached. Come say hi, and fuel up for the first day of class! We can pray for you if you like.

The Astronomy Society @UH (ASUH) is hosting an event to view the Great Solar Exlipse. There will be solar goggles, filtered telescopes, pin-hole projection assemblies, demos, live streaming of footage taken from our Observatory located on top of SR1 and the Path of Totality courtesy of NASA and more! We're in a position to get approximately 70% coverage during the Eclipse, so come enjoy the show with ASUH!
