The Houston Shakespeare Festival presents Richard III
Relentless ambition — political maneuvers, media manipulation and sibling rivalry —dominates the stage in this fast-paced production. The Wars of the Roses put Edward IV on the throne but, while everyone squabbles over the courtly pecking order, his brother Richard sets higher ambitions. Lenny Banovez, Artistic Director of the TITAN Theatre Company, directs the story of Richard's murderous path to the crown.
