Movie Screening: "Hidden Figures"

There will be a public screening of the recent Academy Award-nominated film "Hidden Figures" at the Student Center Theater in anticipation of the author's visit at 7:00 pm., when author of the best-selling book "Hidden Figures," Margot Lee Shetterly, will give a talk at the Wortham Theatre as part of the Provost Summer Read Program.

Margot Lee Shetterly, author of the New York Times bestseller "Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Who Helped Win the Space Race," will engage the university community in a discussion of her work. She will discuss her book and then sit down for a fireside chat with Ellen Ochoa, Director of the NASA Johnson Space Center.
