Dealing with people that are negative or passive can result in some of the most challenging relationships. Following this course, participants will be better able to:

  • Assess a challenging situation and determine an appropriate strategy.

  • Utilize a five-step process for dealing with difficult people.

  • Manage conflict with confidence, resulting in a positive outcome.

  • Regain a positive attitude about the other person or situation.
