The A. D. Bruce Religion Center provides office space for eleven charter religions. CHILD CARE/SCHOOLS
The University of Houston currently has one child care center and two schools. The Child Care Center is located on 3859 Wheeler 109 Child Care Center Houston Texas 77204-6016. Children and legal dependents of students, staff and faculty of the University of Houston – Main Campus are eligible for enrollment. Infants 3 months old through children 5 years old are served at the Center.

The University Health Center’s mission is to serve students, faculty and staff by providing affordable and accessible quality primary medical and mental healthcare, prescription and non-prescription medication, and the promotion of disease prevention, health maintenance and wellness through education. The University Eye Institute provides comprehensive eye and vision examinations in addition to specialty services for individuals seeking eye care. Student clinicians gain practical experience by performing and observing vision examinations at the University Eye Institute. The clinician’s work is directly supervised by attending faculty members. Examinations are by appointment and all services are open to the general public. The University Eye Institute is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Students, faculty, and staff receive fee reductions for primary examinations and optical materials.
