Objective

Dramatically increase process efficiencies by 30–50%. Deliver higher quality services and products by streamlining your business processes and applying quality tools.

  • Identify the best processes to improve to attain maximum results.
  • Develop a clear vision of how you want your processes to work.
  • Choose the best process mapping techniques to improve your process.
  • Practice how to identify, prioritize and implement improvement solutions.
  • Apply root cause analysis to identify the underlying sources of those causes.
  • Use a variety of data gathering tools to confirm or rule out causes.
  • Create Pareto charts to separate the major causes of process problems from the less significant ones.
  • Practice team consensus building vs Nominal Group Technique and multi-voting.
  • Learn change management tips to increase your probability for success.

This results-oriented, hands-on workshop includes extensive activities and practice, supplemented with instruction on quality improvement tools.
